Refund Policy

Featured listings and sponsor slots are one-time digital placements sold in INR (taxes included), processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Before your placement goes live

Full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@jaipurstartupmap.com with your receipt.

After it goes live

• Within 48 hours of going live — full refund if the placement didn't render as described (wrong listing, broken link, missing highlight).
• Later — pro-rated refund for remaining full days if we remove your placement for reasons that aren't your fault (site outage, our error).
• We can't refund time already served on a working placement.

How to request

Email hello@jaipurstartupmap.com from your purchase email with the receipt ID. Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
