These terms govern your use of jaipurstartupmap.com, operated by Adee Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Anyone may submit a listing for review. We curate: submissions are checked for accuracy (headquarters, stage, sector) before going live, typically within 24 hours. We may edit listings for accuracy and consistency, and remove any listing at our discretion — including spam, miscategorized, or non-Jaipur entries.
Featured listings and sponsor slots are paid placements, always labelled. Payment does not buy an editorial listing for a company that wouldn't otherwise qualify — the map stays curated.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Prices are in INR and include all applicable taxes. See our refund policy.
The map is a community-maintained directory. We work to keep it accurate but provide it "as is" — verify details (stage, funding, websites) independently before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
